Collecting your Voter Card
If you have not received your Voter card, but you can see your name in the Voter List (Using the Online search mentioned above), then your voter card could be present in the ERO office of your constituency.
The address of all the Election commission Office's in Pune is given in the link below.
The names of the ERO's (Electoral Registration Officer's) is also given here
http://pune.gov.in/puneCollectorate/election/center.pdf
You can also get the phone number of ERO's in the link given below -
http://pune.gov.in/puneCollectorate/support/blolist/ero.pdf
Always call the ERO office first and ask if your voter card is present there. Ask them to suggest a time when you can come to collect it. This will help to avoid repeated trips.
Take a printout of the Online search result when you go to ERO office to collect your voter card. This printout will contain information like 'Part number', 'Voter Id number' extra which will help to locate your Voter card .
Sometimes the ERO will tell you that the card has been sent to BLO (Booth Level Officer) of your area. They will give you the mobile number of the BLO and ask you to collect the voter card from that person. The BLO will be a teacher in a government school which is very close to your home.
